1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

Customers who purchase products online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Wait for return instructions and authorization.

  4. Ship the item to the provided return address.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • Printlab.lv is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

In such cases, Printlab.lv covers all related shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Packaging is damaged or incomplete

5. Exchanges
