Product Delivery and Pickup

  • Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, unless otherwise specified for a particular product.

We deliver goods to homes or pickup points throughout Latvia. More detailed information about delivery costs and pickup locations is provided below.

Home Courier Delivery

If home courier delivery is selected, your order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the product page.

If your order consists of more than one item, each item may be delivered separately. You will be informed separately in such cases. No additional delivery fee will be charged.

Home delivery is available on business days from 09:00 to 18:00. However, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery time.

  • If the order weight does not exceed 30 kg, the courier will unload and deliver the order to the buyer’s/recipient’s front door. The courier will deliver the order to the apartment, house, or garage, but will not transport it across inner courtyards or through rooms.
  • If at least one item in the order weighs between 30 kg and 80 kg (for example, a large 3D printer), the courier will help the customer/recipient unload the order from the vehicle, but will not assist in carrying it to the desired location. If delivery to a specific location is required, an additional two-courier transportation service must be ordered.
  • Large-sized goods delivered on pallets will not be delivered to the front door, garage, or inner courtyard.

  • Home delivery or parcel locker delivery fee: €3.50

Pickup at Our Store in Riga, Ganību Dambis 7a

Orders can be collected at our store in Riga, Ganību Dambis 7a, if the desired product is available in the store’s inventory. Pickup availability will be уточнена during the ordering process.

Delivery to Parcel Lockers

If you choose parcel locker delivery, the delivery timeframe is displayed next to the selected product.

  • Delivery to Omniva parcel lockers: €3.50
    Available for orders not exceeding 39 x 38 x 64 cm and weighing less than 30 kg.
  • Delivery to DPD parcel lockers: €4.50
    Available for orders not exceeding 61 x 44 x 37 cm and weighing less than 30 kg.
  • This service is also available for orders not exceeding 34 x 36 x 42 cm and weighing less than 30 kg.

Parcel locker delivery is not available for orders that exceed the specified dimensions or weight, or due to physical characteristics that make this delivery method unsuitable (e.g., temperature sensitivity, fragility, etc.).
